2. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). Personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access, and other data generated via a website.

The hoster collects the following data in so-called log files, which your browser transmits: IP address, the address of the previously visited website (referrer), date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time, content of the request, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, website from which the request originates, and information about the browser and operating system.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. There is a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website. Server log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

3. Web analytics (Umami)

This website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted web analytics tool. Umami runs on our own infrastructure — no data is transmitted to third parties.

Umami does not set cookies and does not store personal data. IP addresses are neither stored nor shared. There is no cross-site tracking. The collected data (page views, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, country) is used exclusively for anonymous usage statistics.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing website usage to improve the offering). Since no personal data is processed and no cookies are set, no consent is required.

4. Newsletter (Listmonk)

When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is verified via a double opt-in process and stored. The newsletter is sent via Listmonk — a self-hosted open-source application running on our own infrastructure (ki.denniskummer.de). No data is transmitted to external service providers.

Data stored: email address, time of registration, IP address at registration (for proof of consent).

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. After unsubscribing, your email address will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

5. Contact form

When you use the contact form, your details (name, email address, message) are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I will not share this data without your consent.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).
